No, you have to physically install nic then install v4 from scratch then update with backup config file. Make sure you have a recent copy of the backup config file before you attempt this. Are you installing the 3rd nic (dmz)?

but YES it is possible  [;)]
Search the forum for the file  modules.conf .
It can be edited and you can add an additional nic if you know the drivers name !!

That's true you could do it that way if you are comfortable editing conf files and know the driver's name.
