When I did some further "research" why I doesn´t work I came to a point where my whole ASL configuration seems to be messed up!
I have no chance to any more configuration without getting a "Internal Server Error" and when I´m looking at the mdw.log I assume everything is broken :-(

Can somebody, I´d prefer the guys from Astaro, tell me how something like this can happen?
I assume that it has to do with the fact that I had to delete the interface first before I could configure the VLAN stuff...
Since by my knowledge ASL uses a registry like database in ASL 5.0... so what can be done if this database is corrupt?

ASL is an appliance more than an OS, the mentality for appliances is that its quicker and easier to reinstall and reconfigure or restore a last good backup of the config rather than try and tweak yourself into a corner.
