Support for SATA-raid controllers

Does anybody know if there are plans to support SATA-raid controllers? If yes, when?

I HAVE read the HCL, so i know that Astaro currently does not support SATA-raid.

I have an Adaptec 2410 SATA-raid card that i would like to use in an raid 1 configuration....

I would like everybody who is interrested in support for SATA-raid controllers to speak up !!

I believe that support for SATA drives and RAID1 cards would be a very good thing for Astaro to include in its software distribution.
I have brought this up before in these forums.

What does it take to convince Astaro to support SATA-raid?

I mean, SATA-raid is cheap, its reliable, it will be a replacement for ATA... What are they (Astaro) waiting for??

Support for *SATA* not just SATA raid would be great. Also support for the many Promise ATA raid controllers.
