Uninstalling Update

Hi all. 

         i need to know if there is a way of uninstalling an update. I seem to have had a problem with 5.010 because now my DSL conection is failing. I cant reinstall it over the top so am wanting to uninstall & reinstall. 5.090 was working fine before this

    Andrew, there is no way (that we know of, anyway) to uninstall an up2date.  What you'll have to do is save your configuration file (send it to yourself via email in the "Backup" section of WebAdmin) and reload.  Then reapply your backup and patch up to the level you want.  That may sound like a lot of work, but it actually goes quite fast.  You should be able to accomplish this in 30 minutes or less.
