Howdy, I currently have a 6meg fused T1 going into a cisco2400 then out of the cisco and into a linksys switch. Currently NAT is enabled on the router to use an internal gateway (192.168.0.254) That is the gateway our DHCP server gives all of our internal machines which are on a (192.168.0.xxx) scope. Whenever I plug the Cisco directly into eth1 on the ASL box, I get no connection at all... I've tried a normal and a patch cable.
Will I need to turn NAT off on the Cisco in order for my ASL external nic to get a connection? Im stumped... Just dont see why I get no connection light from the router to the ASL box. Internal works fine...
