Hardware specs for V5 - What should i get?

I have about 6 users should i upgrade to amd athlon xp 2200+ with 512MB ddr memory?

that mahcine is weak in cpu..need a minimum of p-2 350 with p-2 400 reccomended.  are you suing vpn's, snort(ids/ips) spam..etc etc etc?  the athlon xp will be major overkill..[:)]
