DSL Re-Connection

Hello,

how it is possible to configure the time the ASL tries to re-connect to the DSL ISP after a physicial disconnection of the DSL-interface? I do NOT mean the disconnection from the DSL ISP by that it's typically disconnected once in 24 hours, e.g. by T-DSL or other...
