Up2date questions from new user

Okay Guys n Gals,

New user of Astaro and first post so here goes.
Running 5.001 & doing the Up2date option.
1st question. Do i have to d/l all previous updates 1st through to last eg 02,03, to 07 This seems to be what is happening at the momnet ..
Also when i leave program to do this i come back 10 minutes later to find that small update window has lost its connection  & i have to start all over again
Can i d/l these updates manually from somewhere for the manual install option?
Should i reboot computer after every update
I want to get the ASL up to date ASAP

    Actually, if I read your question right, the real question is simply how to get multiple up2dates to install.  I'm still on v4 (waiting for a weekend free to take the system to 5) but in 4, if you simply click on "install" on the LAST update in the list (under WebAdmin), it'll sequentially install the whole shebang.  Saves you all the individual dinking around.

    This is such an intelligent feature I'll be pretty startled if it hasn't been preserved in v5!   [;)]

    Oh, and I should've noted. . .when you go away and come back to discover that little Up2Date monitoring window is gone, don't automatically assume that something failed.  Sometimes all that failed is that little window!  
     

    If you click on any other link in the WebAdmin page, take a look at the lower-left-hand corner of your browser to see what version number shows, and you may be pleasantly surprised to see that the update happened just fine.

    raise your webadmin session time..otherwsie the little window gets cut off at the knees..also some updates cause the middleware to be restarted..that also kills the little window
