5.006 Webadmin very slow

Webamin is very slow under 5.006 (and also 5.005).
Problem was the same since 5.001...

PII 233Mhz
RAM 160Mo

The same config was able to run ASL 4 without any problem.

Any idea ?

    come on please have a look at your hardware equipment. New features , new technologies need more ressources - I do no not want to know how my first windows 3.0 would run on the machine I have now

    Hi Oliver.

    With a Duron 1,8Ghz and 256Mo of RAM it runs as fast as ASL 4 on my PII.

    But please  have a look (and reply) to my post in "general disussion".

    Please take a look at the different technologies used in v5.  it may look like v4 but under the hood it is quite different.  Also please don't expect Astaro to do anything, as they won't.

    I recommend that you update your CPU, RAM

    If you want to keep your OLD computer, carry on using v4

    i would recommend, astaro should first do their homework, before forcing users to spend money to upgrade their hardware!
