Pattern Up2Date failed: No Up2Date Server...

Every hour I receive an e-mail that that the pattern Up2date failed for IPS !

Error message: "Could not connect to Up2Date Server 216.167.31.83."

I've never had this warnings until version 5.004 also when the pattern Up2Date is running for A/V and there are no updates I DON'T receive an e-mail ! [:S]
Does someone had the same experience(s) and how do I solve this?
I'm getting a little tired to delete continously these e-mails...

Hi fobe,

thank you for reporting this. You have found a bug in the Up2Date module. In the current version, pattern up2date for IPS does not work. This will be fixed in the next system up2date.
