Up2Date service unapplied up2date

 Need help for the up2date service.  [:$]  
The up2date service is not updating anymore ( is not expired!)
  I do not get a list with all the newest updates. When i try to prefetch the updates i get this message 
>>The system Up2Date process has been started.  You can follow the progress in the log window.
