Update form V4.021 to V5.001

Hi all,

i would like to update my ASL V4 to V5. I make a backup from my V4.021 and install V5. I restore my backup -> Backup-File are recognize and startet -> IE Internal Server Error !?!?!?!

Can somebody help me?
