Hmmmm.   Very strange.

The ASL v4 installation program should automatically partition the disk for you.
No user intervention is required.

Are you using the ASL v4.017 CD?

thanks for the info.  It appears that I wasn't burning to cd correctly which gave that weird dr-dos/german wwbmu stuff.  Still getting a couple glitches but at least the error messages are in a language I understand.  I'l let yall know the outcome asap..

May seem like a basic question but did you follow the instructions for burning the ISO to a CD?
As previously stated - It just runs . . .

I was burning incorrectly and had a bum harddrive.  Asl runs beautifully!

hi i have the problem of language, it is german, i have burn my CD correctly and it works but every hting in german, can any thing help in this problem please? thank you
