that seems to be a real problem since your device doesn't come up to the point where changes could be applied to the system. If you could manage to boot the machine you could easily remove /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S75pcmcia and /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/K35pcmcia.
If not, you could boot off a rescue distro like Recovery Is Possible (RIP) or Alcolix. Make sure they support whatever FS Astaro is using now (Reiser or EXT3, don't have 5 up at the moment to check).
