Hi,
is it possible to configure ASL 4.0 with DSL dial
on demand modus ?
I do not have a flatrate ;-)

Simply no. ASL is designed for flatrates.

Have anybody another solution as Astaro for
use the firewall, snort, etc. and VPN ?

If you mean, "is there another product similar in functionality to astaro", then you could try:

Smoothwall http://www.smoothwall.org/

IPCOP http://www.ipcop.org

I'm not sure about the support for dial-on-demand with either product tho.
