ASL not reachable all the time.

From several computers in my network i cannot reach the firewall. Sometimes it is possible to ping the ASL. But 5 minutes later it aint. It happens since i updated to 4.019. But from other computers i can ping the asl all the time.
Help Help Help. How can???????????

    f.y.i. i see that on the computers who cannot reach the asl.
    The mac address from the ASL in not the right one. When i delete the ARP. And ping it's building up OK. and the mac address is the right one. But after a couple of minutes the mac address is changing again to the wrong one.

    IP ADDR conflict from another router/machine on the net?

    Obviously, One of your machines is passing out bogus IPs on ARP requests.
