Upgrade to 4.0 - Failed to Import Migration Files

I have been runnign 3.2 for more than a year with no problems at all.
I am now trying to upgrade to 4.0.
All files were downloaded.
File chuck.md5 was successfully imported.
List of missing files are shown correctly.
When I try to import chunk.aa or any other, the transfer starts but never ends.
Any clue?

    Are your connected through another proxy to ASL? Is there a proxy in between? Some Proxies do not allow to upload files that are bigger than 1MB.

    I have a LAN thru a simple switch. 
    Originally suspected from the webadmin time out.
    I increased it to 20 minutes, however the results are similar.
    The transfer apparently completes, it sit there until timeout.
    Where are the uploads store in ASL?
    I should be able to see the files in ASL.
