Update 4.018 not applied on HA slave

Hi all,

I have got a problem with updating the firewalls from 4.017 to 4.018. We are running a HA solution (master and slave).
4.018 was applied fine in master and polled to slave, but is still not applied on slave after 24 hours. Restarting the master and/or the slave have no influence.
HA status display is 'ok' but HA is not working if master goes down!

Do you have any hints or ideas? Thanks a lot!

    Workaround:
    Try to disable HA temporarily and install V4.018 manually. After doing that, enable HA again.

    For troubleshooting some logs would be nice. Especially the Daemon-Logfile.

    confirmed, we have discovered a problem with the config update. Up2date 4.019 is expected shortly.
    Please leave your configuration as it is so long, other functionality is not affected.

    Hi Oliver,

    Up2date 4.019 seems not to solve this problem.
    I updated master fom 4.018 to 4.019, slave (4.017) did not update automatically.
    I updates slave manually to 4.018, rebooted to master: nothing is still going on...

    What shall I do? Update slave manually to 4.019?
    HA is still not syncing:   Last Slave Contact 1074496414 second(s) ago  ;-)

    I can confirm Stefan's posting reg. the HA systems.

    The 4.018 update hangs, although the web interface says "polled by slave".

    The master cannot install 4.019 through the webinterface because "Next Up2date locked by HA".

    Please advise.

    i had the same problem with the 4.019 update. (Polled to slave)
    Here a solution which worked for me:

    shutdown the slave.
    update the master to 4.019.
    shutdown the master.
    update the slave to 4.019 manually (which takes a long time, the update-process seems to hang).
    shutdown the slave.
    boot the master.
    boot the slave.

    now both machines are on 4.019 an the configupdates, patternupdates etc. are working.
