E-Mail IP Address

I Have a Dynamic IP Address from my ISP that changes every other week or so. I was wondering if there was any way to set it up in astaro to E-Mail me at the administrator E-Mail address the current IP Address?

    It is easier to use dyndns. Have a look at  this link, there you will find a howto and the dyndns-tool, which you can install on your ASL. More details in the hackers forum.

    Or if you want to, setup a basic pop3 e-mail server inside your lan and tell ASL to send all logs internally to that e-mail server.

    Mine get sent to admin@myroutershostname.com
    All messages from ASL stay internal and you just add another e-mail account into outlook/thunderbird/mozilla.
