Adding a 3rd NIC - PCMCIA?

I was wondering if anyone has added a 3rd NIC to a Magnia SG20? 

The SG20 has a PCMCIA slot, which was intended for use with a wireless card...

I'd like to add a hard wired 10/100 card (specifically, the 3COM Megahertz 3CCFE575CT which is a cardbus version). The reason for this is to experiment with a DMZ on my home LAN - perhaps to control X10 devices...

Anyone with any experience adding PCMCIA cards to ASL?

    Hi,

    with a Magnia and ASL 4 & 5 I had no problems in getting a Netgear MA401 to work as a DMZ Access Point in the cardbus slot of the Magnia SG20. It is plug and play. 

    Before you try this please take into consideration that Astaro only supports WEP up to now, so you should consider a VPN for your wireless network or go for an external access point with WPA.

    Take a look at the HCL for supported wireless cards!
