No Ping and WedAdmin after update to 4.017

Hi,

in the morning i've updated from 4.015 to 4.016 - no problems.
Later i've update to 4.017. After the update there is no connect from the internal network. NOTHING

Can someone help?
Is there a way to rollback to 4.016?
Can I backup the IPSec-VPN?

    The problem with no valid license is not fixed yet. I have to mail everyday about it. If i use ASL 4.008 iso i have not this problem. Now i use ASL 4.017 iso. Before the support say it be fixed to next update but it is not fixed yet

    I had the same problem with 4.016 - the problem was simply that the BIOS-time was not set correctly. This was not easy to spot, because I have set up my ASL-box to fetch time from a NTP-server, but a guy in this forum made me aware   

    Buttom line: If the BIOS-time (hardware-clock) for one reason or another is not correctly set (i.e. a BIOS reset), the license won't work.

    I have also check my BIOS but it is not wrong time on it and if i install ASL 4.008 iso i have not this problem. So my BIOS is not wrong

    there are two possibilities for license notification in 4.017
    a) a daily auto-check at about 9 am localtime just as a reminder
    b) when trying to download/apply system or pattern up2dates without a valid license

    you can easily check part b) by clicking the 'prefetch system updates now' and 'update virus pattern now' buttons in webadmin. if a 'no valid license' window shows up, you probably found the cause for the notifications.

    anyway we have two possibilities here again:
    1) your license does not cover pattern/system update (e.g. expired), but pattern/system update is set to 'autodownload'. in this case, just disable autodownload/prefetch.
    2) your license is still valid (check in webadmin and/or license portal), but ASL does not think so and won't let you download/prefetch/apply any new updates. in this case please email support to verify the key.
