update furylan to 4.015 ???

I have many customers with asl running on a fury lan from dr. neuhaus (www.neuhaus.de) 
i allready updated all my customers with normal hardware to 4.015 (4.016 if nnecessary)
i tried to update a fury lan from version 3 to 4 - after that the fury didn't boot anymore - i had to send it back to neuhaus - they updated the whole thing to 4.015 - but where not very helpfull about the other furys i have !!!
does anyone have some experiance with that issue ??

    I had a look on www.neuhaus.de, the Furylan Appliance runs a Astaro on it,by the way you didn't mention that.
    I am not sure if the"Standard-ISO" will work.
    The most Appliances runs a special Version of a as common known Distribution.
    When you contacted the Support of Dr. Neuhaus what exactly did the say, relating to your problem?
    And what are your Problems with it, please be more specific!
    What errors on boot and so on...
