Can anyone tell me why I always get accounting not running under the firewall notification system? I've tried to initiate accounting but not had any luck. Thanks...
I don't know what kind of network/subnet mask you use, but otherwise make a new specific in 'Definitions'->networks (for example 10.10.10.0/255.255.255.0) and then by 'Reporting'->Accounting you give your specified network and make some traffic to the internet and the next day you can check if it works...Good luck

Thanks, I've queried on the internal and external interfaces. I think it is to do with traffic thresholds on my network ie i'm probably not generating enough.
