Problem Displaying Networks Definitions

Another new Astaro install this weekend, and after a few entries the "Networks Definitions" section is EXTREMELY slow coming up to display, or it sometimes just hangs until I click it again.  Tried restarting middleware, and even rebooting, all to no avail.  Ideas, anyone?

    Just ideas:

    • You say "a few"; we're talking 5 or 10??
    • Has this always been this way? Does it work for some boxes and not others? Are you implying that it seems to be persistent with this server hardware?
    • Have you tried accessing it from a different workstation?
    • Have you tried accessing it with a crossover cable?
    • What is your gateway(s)? Are you using another gateway device that's malfunctioning?
    • Are you accessing the server by IP or name?

    Found the problem today.  The Astaro box is fine -- the customer's Internet connection is whacked and dropping packets.  The problem finally manifested itself in other menus, and a quick check from inside the network showed that it was running fine.  OK, so I feel a little stupid, but hey, I've been in this line of work for over 20 years and I learned a long time ago to put my pride behind me and just get the job done.  Thanks, all.
