external network

I have a speedstream 5660 adsl modem 3 computers when I install asl 4.0 everything installs fine I access the web admin
and setup everything I can't get the connection to the internet 2 work I follow instructions to the letter but the connection always says down does anybody know if this modem is compatible.
I put the modem in bridge mode or regular router mode still nothing

can you get to a computer that on one of your internal interfaces (LAN) to a computer on the other Interface (DMZ)?

how did you set it up. do you setup ip msaqerading?

I can get to the admin page and set everything up but the connection 4 the dsl stays red.
also I have tried 2 setup masquerading but no go

If you can't get to the admin page how did you try to setup ip masq?

try using https instead of http.

Did you try clicking on the circle next to the red one to make it green (don't laugh; it sometimes works...)
