How to install demo on Toshiba Magnia SG20?

Hi there.  I just downloaded the demo software and would like to install it on a Toshiba Magnia SG20.

Problem:
Astaro Installer won't recognize network adapters on Toshiba SG20.

Environment Setup:
I have a AGP video card connected to the mother board of the SG20.  I have a riser card that connects the daughterboard to the motherboard - video and other ports are working with the original OS load for the SG20.

What do I need to do to make the installer recognize the network adapters?

That link doesn't help me with how to do it.

Toshiba and Astaro do have some kind of bundling - but I did not buy this bundled solution.

What I'd like to do now is try it out Astaro on the SG 20 - if it works - I'd buy it.

Does anybody have any experience with a fresh install of Astaro on an SG20?

would say remove the second disk and plugin an CD-ROM drive, get the latest up2dates and go on reading here

Hi there.

I created that sym link for the LCD stuff but now when I reboot the Magnia, it gets stuck during the load...

:: Starting LCD Support
The framebuffer device was opened successfully.
Error reading fixed information.

Now What?

Just to recap what was done before:

1) Installed Astaro on a different PC with two nics.
2) Did the Up2Date and installed all of the updates.
3) Removed the hard drive and stuck it in the Magnia SG20.

It still doesn't find the network interfaces.

I updated the "modules.conf" file to have only:

alias eth0 8139too
alias eth1 e100

It's doesn't seem to be recognizing the daugther board on the SG20.

ASTARO!!! There's got to be something unique about the install/configuration for the Toshiba Magnia SG20 since Toshiba and Astaro do have it as bundled solution!!!

create the link
/etc/hw.conf -> /usr/local/LCD/toshiba.conf
and then restart the LCD (or the machine for that matter [:)] )
