Mainboard for 7-NIC setup

Short of purchasing a server board + quad ethernet NICs ... can anyone recommend a mainboard that works well with ASL4 that will supported upto 6/7 NICs (eg. onboard + 5/6/7 PCI). I will be using Intel EtherExpress Pro NICs!

It doesn't matter 99% of the time if the NIC's are 64bit. If the card is built to PCI 2.1 spec or better, the 64bit PCI slotted NIC will work just fine in a 32bit PCI slot. The extra edge of the card which would normally go into the 64bit slot will however hang over the end of a 32bit PCI slot, so make sure it doesn't contact anything sticking off the motherboard. I've used a large number of 64bit LSI SCSI cards in 32bit PCI slots as well as 64bit gigabit cards in the same systems with only 32bit slots.
