Quad port alternatives.

Since the DFE-570 has been discontinued... what are our alternatives? I've found a couple, but can't seem to find a reseller, etc. What Quad ethernet cards are you using?
Phobos p430tx
Z'NYX ZX346Q (just been replaced by a 64-bit card)
DFE-580TX (Removed from HCL, sundance issues)
DFE-570TX (Where can you get them?) 
Adaptec ANA-6944A (Dec Chip)
Adaptec ANA-62044 (64-bit)
Cogent EM400 (DEC 21140 chip)
Cogent EM964

    I have added two more multiport cards to the HCL

    1)
    PYRAMID 3-Port NIC 10/100BaseT
    - Intel Chipset 82559ER
    - Low-profile PCI oder Standard Slotbracket
    - 32Bit/33 MHz PCI 2.1

    2)
    ADAPTEC ANA-64044TX
    - 64Bit/66 MHz-PCI
      also supports 32 Bit and 33 MHz
    - 4x10BaseT/100BaseTX based on AIC 7915 Chip
