ASL 4.008 on Compaq Deskpro P166 ???

I want to know if ASL 4.008 works fine on a Compaq Deskpro P166 ?

    based on processor speed alone this should work.
    I have seen several post of user going as low as P-133.

    I guess the rest of the hardware maybe a factor at that speed.

    According to the specs from asl, 4.00 supports a minimum PII but 4.08 supports PI.
