I am setting up Astaro v4.009 (upgraded via Up2Date in WebAdmin) and ticked Enable for portscan detection and all pings and IP connectivity went out the window.... logging in via root > ifconfig shows the correct details, a ping (on the firewall) will resolve IP's and ping fine, it will also ping itself...
what do you think went wrong ? I dont know much about linux, so I ended up reinstalling Astaro
