Astaro in transparent mode

Hello,

I would like to install an Astaro Firewall (V3.2) in our network. I'm wondering if Astaro can work in transparent mode (like Watchguard).
What does transparent mean?
That placing a firewall between the users and the gateway, the users can still go outside without changes of gateway or something else. It does also mean that on each interface of the firewall, ip's will be in the same /24.

    Hello,

    I want to do the same in our network.
    But I think Astaro is not designed to support bridging or another kind of transparent mode.
    Or is there any change in v4? Maybe the support of Astaro can answer this question?  [:S]

    While with some work you could make the Astaro semi-transparent in using DNAT and SNAT rules, there is no way to simply "click" the astaro to transparent mode. Any sort of that setup would require quite some configuration in implementation. Version 4 does not change anyhting in this regard. Apologies.
