No Pop-Logs after update to 4.009

Hi,

after updating this morning to ASL 4.009 my POP-log stopped recording any messages.
Even rebooting and switching pop-proxy On and OFF ins't recorded.
Any ideas?

So where's the fix?! This seems like a big Oops, and maybe not too difficult to remedy syslog... grr...

Well, that looks more like a feature request than a bug report . Besides, there were no Up2Date's after 4.009 so I would wait until 4.010 before grrrrr-ing.
