License problem after restore from Backup

I've made backup of my configuration, fresh V4.0 install and then restore config from backup.
At the first time, all is gone right, but after one hour, the connection with webadmin was closed.
If i try to reconnect to webadmin i get a blank page with "License expired" and the prompt for a License Key.
The license key is a three year license valid up to sept. 2005

I was try with a different valid license and all seems to be ok. 
Again i reenter the "old" key and after some days, i get again the license key request.

Any idea?
