Does it have to be eksact the same hardware on the HA firewall mother board, cpu, disks, vga, nics

    It is of course recommended to have identical HW, but according to Oliver from Astaro:

    "as you know the backup file is independend from installed hardware. In fact the number and type of network cards should be the same ;-)"
