SMTP partition full

Today I noticed my /var/chroot-smtp/ partition was 100% full (size about 750MB) . I checked the Proxy contant manager, but there is nothing there. I already downloaded and applied the latest patch 4.004 which listed a fix for a SMTP partition overflow(anyone knows what this fix fixes?). But the partition is still 100% full. Need help soon.

    Jesse,

    login as root and cd to /var/chroot-smtp/ and run 'du -h' to find
    out where the diskspace eating files are located.
    I guess you'll find orphaned files in spool/input. Normally an e-mail
    consist of two parts a header and a data file but only the data file
    is left and this why the content manager doesn't show it anymore.
    This behaviour is fixed in 4.004 besides that there were some 
    modifications in the smtp config for example better timeout settings 
    as well as new spamd conditions.

    Thanx for the reply. Having 50 users depand on email I had to come up with the solution quick, before you posted your reply. The /spool directory was  the one ocuppying all the space so I did rm -R *. Everything seems to be working fine right now, but iwas that Ok to do? Are there any consequences for doing that?
