[ERR 003] No space left for System Up2date

I have the same Problem. df -dh shows more than 39MB free in /var/recovery. All other partitions have much more free space.
Actual applied update is 4.004. 4.005 is not able to be downloaded.

Had the same problem:
/dev/hda6               218150    164849     42038  80% /var/recovery

I cleaned up the tarballs like written in an  old posting 
but just came down to
/dev/hda6               218150    147623     59264  71% /var/recovery

What exactly can/must be cleaned up, when something like this happens ?!?  

Tried to update to 4.005 today, but its impossible.

I did  ls -lsnR in /var/recovery :

What can i delete for cleanup ??
What about the 4.004.rollback.tgz ??

Here the fix.Idid it and it works

 login as root 
- cd to /var/recovery/incoming -> delete all files and directories 
- cd to /var/recovery/rollback -> delete all files and directories 
- change ASL version in /etc/version and /var/recovery/version back to 4.002 
- login via WebAdmin fetch and install the up2dates again 

  

We have the same problem - installed 4.004 on a pyramid 1HE solution. Is Astaro searching for a fix - so please give an information about it so that we know we will get an solution at least. In my eyes it's a big problem if the system ist no more able to be updated, so I would sleep better if I know that the support is seaching for an solution yet. Thanks!
