Installation and md5sums check failed

Hello,

i purchase the systems 4.0 and 3.2. At both installations the computer says, at 4.0 the checksum for Data is wrong, and in version 3.2 is also checksum data wrong. The installation is aborted.

My system is a PII@350, 128 MB Ram, 1 NIC 3COM905C, and a REALTEK 8139. 1 IDE CDROM, 1 SCSI Card, SYM 
a SCSI HD whit 18 GB.

This is only on this one Computer, a Testinstall on Laptop is fine. But in my Laptop, i dont have 2 NIC`s and i need it for other works. 

On the Computer was a Linux, and Linux Installation is perfect. Hardware is also correct.

I hope you have an answer for me.

    hi...

    change the cd-rom drive. 99% faulty. maybe because of dirt or just aging - maybe it's the cabeling. for sure something about/around that.

    Hello,

    i just switch the CD device from slave to master at the first primary port on IDE Controller. This was insufficent. When i put the Drive into another Computer the drive is okay. so i installed a DVD drive into the computer and thats work fine. 

    So i installed the firewall, and i was not so happy that the firewall is so easy to install. The german FAQ is not so good, then the problem that i have with the pop3 proxy. is in the englisch FAQ better, so i enabled the DNS SErvice, and the pop3 proxy is running. 

    It was an easy system to configure, and i test the firewall with external portscanner. I just wait for the Report.
