i want to install asl 4.0 which aborted. last words at console3:

quantum fireball tm2110s 2014mb

3c905b cyclone
calculating partition sizes
...
trying to mount /dev/sr0 on /install
phase end: hw_conf
at the bash prompt on console2 i did
ls /dev/sr*
and got the message "no such file"
any ideas ?

ps: asl 3.2 is installing on this hardware.
