Wireless Cards

I have read the HCL for wireless cards.  Does it matter what kind of PCI to PCMCIA adapter I use?  I found one at this website:   http://www.quatech.com/shopquatech/products/prod4217.asp 

Will this work?  Or can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks.

    From the info on that site its impossible to tell what chipset is used ont he card, as it is with any of the online stores.  I guess the best we can do is use this forum to exchange our experiences and help create a better HCL, which actually lists the cards not  just the chipsets.   I can tell you one card which does not seem to work  its the RICOH PC_-PCMCIA  S0174C  I posted about it here.  When I purchased it the seller could not tell me what chipset was used, so I just ordrerd it and hope for the best. I was wrong:
