How can I check the version of Astaro presently installed.

Hi ao,

send yourself an backup or any other notification mail from your Astaro. In that mail is the presently installed version of your firewalll.

Hi there,

It would be easier to check on the console:
cat /etc/version :-)

Or log into the webadmin and look in the title bar. Or System settings.
