ASL 4.0 and HDD smaller than 8GB - possible ?

Hi there,
my HDD where ASL 3.2 is running is smaller than 8GB
and now i have to know if its makes sense to think about updating to ASL 4.0
or if this isn`t possible `cause there is no way with HDD under 8GB...

    I´ve found something interesting  here 

    - so if i`m understanding right i can install on my 6GB HDD without any Problems...right?

    I don't know if this helps.. but...

    In previous versions (3.X,2.X,1.X :-) ), I used a 4gb HardDrive for quite awhile. If you are going to use some of the more log-intensive features (SMTP, etc.) you are probably going to feel safer with a larger drive, but thats not to say you couldn't just be extra careful and erase the logs via WebAdmin.

    I currently use a 4 GB drive with 4.0 and had no problems installing the software.

    well, I'm currently using a 3GiG drive and all is good. I imaging it all depends on your LAN: if you've got 20 or more users and you enable all the proxies, pds and mail filtering you might run into space problems.

    In an other threat one of the astaro-people said that the really minimum of HDD-Space wich is tested by the installprog is 1,7 GB and on my home system it runs on a 2 GB HDD without any problem but for professional systems wich may work for years or so without a change of hardware take a bigger one than the minimum or your mainteance doing maybe grow up after times.
