second NIC not detected during hardware probe

has anyone else had this prob with ASL 4.00?

Realtek 8139C for both nics.

They both work fine on redhat, trustix, clarkconnect and many other flavours of Linux/Unix. The install works fine if I continue and astaro boots up and all is good. But I only have 1 NIC available!

Do you also see nothing in drop down menu under Network definition?

well I see the 1 NIC that ASL detected but not the second.

P.S. I'm refering to the hardware detection process during installation

This is really strange!
I am using the same NIC and I had no problem with detecting!

Yo can maybe take 30 min time and try it with version 3.2?

Maybe this quick hack will work for ya.

Log on as root and edit /etc/modules.conf

make an entry exactly like the one you have now except make it eth1 instead of eth0 (Thats how I got my old unsupported 10mbit 3Com NIC working [:)] )
