Not able to load RAMDISK when installing ASL 3.2

How am I going to come pass this?
Loading bzImage......             (fine)
Loading ramdisk ...............  (poff! Reboot!!!).

I've tried to boot from a floppy (for version 2.x), but since I'm running SCSI disks it won't let med continue. 

So I'm stuck with ASL 3.2 and, YES the CD does boot properly!

    Try to burn the astaro cd slowly 2* linux is werry sensistiv about burning to fast

    Hi,

    i have the same problem on two PC´s.

    I burned the CD sometimes new, ASL 3.209 and 3.380 but the error are the same.

    Loading bzImage...... (ok)
    Loading ramdisk ......(Reboot!!!).

    How i can fix this isue ?

    I've tried all combinations...

    Not even burning at 4x did help. The PC still boots at the *exact* same spot.

    So what do Astaro have to say? Blaming the CD Burner, or Burning SW?
    I'm running Plexor CD-R PX-W4012A and burning with Nero 5.5.7.9, choosing DOA/96 and Finalizing the CD...

    Nothing wrong there????

    So it must be the ISO, but the checksum is OK...

    Since the ASL 4 don't support Pentium I, then I'm stuck.

    *any* suggestions??

    So!

    The CD works fine on another PC.
    Boots OK, and loads ramdrive just fine....

    It even loads the menu telling what keys to use.

    Conclusion?? 
    My ASL PC is missing out something that the distro don't like.

    P.S ASL actually *is* running on the very same PC... and when booting directelly into ASL ramdrive loads fine... Everything works, except I cannot get online from the internal PC.
    Not even trace to servers on the internet from ASL WebAdmin.

    That's what's bugging me! I cannot get my existing installation to work properly, so I was to reinstall ASL to get a clean setup.

    Anyone know how to "clear" all settings back to default?

    Hi,

    PC1 : Asus A7V133, Athlon C 1 Ghz, 512 MB Ram, 20 GB HDD, Ati Rage 128 Pro 32 MB.

    PC2 : Pentium 200MMX , 256 MB RAM , 1,2 GB HDD, 1MB Onboard VGA Card.

    With booth PC`s the error are the same :

    Loading bzImage...... (ok)
    Loading ramdisk ......(Reboot!!!).

    On a third PC, Intel Celeron 400 Mhz with 256 MB the CD´s are booting without error´s.

    And now ?
