remove the proxy settings in your browser! We had to apply a fix that only safe ports are allowed and I assume that you have changed the WebAdmin to another port than 80/21/443!!!
If you want to have the settings you had before goto the HTTP proxy settings and put Any to the allowed ports!

As you referenced in your post, I added ANY to the Allowed Target Services in the HTTP Proxy to stop sites from being blocked that were available before the latest Up2Date installs. It is a nice idea to allow only safe ports but many of the sites that were suddenly blocked come across ports that are not in the Available List, such as 8081. Is there a way to add ports to the Available List? I'm quite new at this and have a lot to learn so the simpler the better.
