NIC always DOWN

I have just installed the Astaro 3.2, and the eth0 is working fine (config during install). However, I loggin to web admin and add a new IP/Netmask/GW to eth1 or eth2, those 2 NIC will never UP, any suggestions?

I don't think that this IP would work [;)]
Did you did activate that interface by clicking on the traffic light?

I think in version 3.2 there are no traffic lights.
