Astaro and SCSI drive in Intell L440GX+

In installation of the driver normal, and at start already is not present

Please post the last messages coming on console before the boot stucks. And, of cause, it could be helpfull to know the asl version you use  [:)]

I suggest you to test the actual beta. It has a newer kernel, may be the bug is gone now...

I have 40 VA Linux servers with that exact motherboard. The problem lies with the AHA scsi driver, to get redhat to install on these machines we have to do a "linux apic" on the lilo prompt or appended in the lilo.conf. It's a known bug with certain kernel versions.

Tried Astaro 3.318 from December, 7...... 
Even worse, at installation any more does not find a disk    [:S]

Most Intel GX Boards only work flawlessly with an smp kernel even when there is only one cpu installed.
