WAR 102 101 errors

update:  cpu was 100% also, noticed 2 of these processes running:
/filter/bin/urlfilterfetcher

I killed off the one with 12 hours on it...

cpu now at 1%
still getting syslog not started restarting every few mins...

any clues?

    the fire wall is send lots of these, the doc do not point to a solution:

    this system is a P4 1.8GHZ 256MB memory with 3 interfaces, (intel Pro 100) with 2 system on the DMZ (web and dns) 1 system on the internal network and a caymel DSL router on the internet side...

    any help would be great
