not sure which change you made, but you will find the settings for WebAdmin access in /etc/wfe/conf/settings, the network definitions in /etc/wfe/conf/netdata and the interface configuration in /etc/wfe/conf/itf.conf
Just edit the files (vi or joe) and save them, couple of seconds later the change is active.
