Hanging while booting the FW

Hello,

I installed the ASL 3.2 successfully. Everything's fine!

While booting the system it stops!

Last bootmessages are:

hda : dma_intr. error=0x84 {DriveStatusError BadCRC}
ide0: reset: success

the cursor and the numBlock led are blinking busy.

HD: seagate ST 320413A

Someone can help me?

try to change the pio mode in the bios.

Stefan,

lop has meant the harddrive operation mode which
can be set in the PC BIOS. Set it to normal, not
fast or automatic!
