My ISP has informed me that they will change my Static IP addresses due to some sort of "Network Restructuring". I'm cool with that but my problem is that I can't seem to remove ETH0 IP setup information to replace it with the new IP information in the Interface section. I get an error message that states it's being associated with "TRAFFIC ACCOUNTING". I've gone into everything that says ACCOUNTING and either removed or disabled the interface associated with it, but yet when I tried to remove ETH0 it says that "TRAFFIC ACCOUNTING" is still using that interface. Can someone point me in the right direction of "TRAFFIC ACCOUNTING" so I can remove or disable it. I don't want to reinstall my ASL, but if that's the only recourse, then "LET'S ROLL". But if there is a way to do this without the reinstall...then I'm all ears.
Now just to let you know....I'm not a guru, jack-leg, or even a novice with Linux. So any information you can supply...please provide details as well.
Thanks in advance..
My Config: ASL 3.2 with the latest updates as of 9-10-2002. 128 Meg Ram on a P2 450MHz/10 gig horse.
Thanks again.
